Welcome Home…

Our mission is to serve Lambertville and the surrounding area with a local space to learn and practice mindfulness, stress reduction techniques, and spiritual inquiry through Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi and bodywork. We welcome all who enter our studio whether they are long-time residents or visiting for the day or weekend. We invite them to embark upon their own journey in leading a spiritually awakened lifestyle.

All of our instructors and classes will be moving to the new space -- we are committed to continue what we've built over the last year and several months and to grow our community and our schedule!

We can't thank you enough for your continued support of our studio and the community we are building here.
