Bob Lonsdale
Hometown Yoga is the home of Yoga and Pilates instructor Bob Lonsdale. Bob has been teaching Yoga and Pilates for over 20 years in the Philadelphia and Central New Jersey area. Bob is certified in Astanga Vinyasa, Kripalu, Anusara and Yin Yoga. He is also Pilates Mat & Reformer certified through IM=X Pilates.
Bob teaches Pilates Mat Yoga Fusion, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and YES classes. In addition, he offers private one-on-one, small group or larger group classes.

Erin Lento
Erin has been working in the yoga industry since 2009 and teaching yoga since 2014. She teaches Hatha, Gentle, Yin, Prenatal, & Restorative styles. Her classes are therapeutic and relaxing, promoting both physical and mental well-being and healing. In addition to teaching yoga, Erin is a tarot reader, astrologer, Reiki master, holistic health coach, and most importantly, a mom.

Debbie Kurilla
Deb has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2000 and yoga therapeutics and better balance since 2005. She teaches a contemporary system of yoga that is both fun and therapeutic in nature. She expertly cues her classes so that all ages, body types and levels can personally adapt to their practice with confidence.

Kim is steeped in wisdom and the experience of teaching for over 25 years. With a passion for sharing the gift of yoga, she offers high-caliber instruction, with a foundation in Hatha Yoga, that optimally aligns the body, mind and heart in celebrating the human spirit.

Suzanne Brett
Suzanne discovered the Path of Yoga 23 years ago. She was and still is drawn to its Ancient Wisdom and Mystical teachings. Suzanne fell in love with the Mythology of Yoga especially it’s somatic expressions of the Gods, Goddesses , and Natures Beings. She is enamored with the Sanskrit Language and studies at Ananda Ashram in NY. Suzanne’s style ( Dakini Yoga Flow)is an intuitive, creative, inspiring and spirited flow that nourishes body , mind , and soul . 🧚🏼

Anthony Tumolo
Anthony (500 RYT) is thrilled and grateful to be joining this amazing team at Hometown Yoga. His passions are learning, teaching, growing, sharing and being connected in community. When he is not practicing yoga, traveling, or out and about in Lambertville with his family, you can find him in the Readington Township Public School District where he serves as the Social and Emotional Learning Supervisor for Kindergarten through Eighth Grade students. Come join him on the mat and just embrace the journey.

Stephen Lauch
Stephen Lauch is a Philadelphia-born yogi who began his yoga journey in 2014, receiving his Yoga Teacher training at Cornerstone Fitness in 2015. He has a passion for Vinyasa yoga, which is a wonderful moving meditation to open the heart and mind. Stephen specializes in arm balances, inversions and standing balance at all levels. He is certified in Yoga For Sobriety, combining his occupation as an Addiction and Mental Health specialist at St. Luke’s, with yoga. When Stephen isn’t teaching, he loves going to the beach and spending time outdoors. Stephen’s key to happiness is healthy relationships.

Michele Mizeski
Michele began her yoga journey in 2007 while studying theatre at Rowan University. She has been teaching since 2014 when she received her certification in Hatha Yoga at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Farm in Grass Valley, California. She was given the name, Padma, meaning, "The Lotus." Since then, she has been continuing her education in Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Thai Yoga Massage. She has completed three ten-day silent Vipassana Meditation Courses in Kelseyville, California, Bodhgaya, India, and Claymont, Delaware. She has volunteered at the Tara Mandala Buddhist Retreat Center in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, Kalani Yoga Retreat in Pahoa, Hawaii, and a Vipassana Meditation Center in Jesup, Georgia. She has also volunteered teaching meditation and yoga at nursing homes, independent living centers, and festivals throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is grateful to teach all that she has learned. Seeing the relaxed faces after a yoga class is the highlight of her career!

Melissa Schultz
Melissa’s yoga journey began roughly 12 years ago when she moved to the United States from South Africa. She has lived and worked on both coasts and currently resides in Lambertville.
Melissa has trained with some of the most recognized studios in the New York City area. Laughing Lotus NYC (200hr Vinyasa teacher training – 2017; Restorative yoga certification – 2018; Chakra teacher training - 2019) and Hudson Yoga Project (apprenticeship with co-founder Patrick Franco – 2017; Prenatal certification, Chakra and Anatomy workshops – 2019).
Melissa has more than 5 years of teaching experience across multiple disciplines (Vinyasa, Hatha, Chair Yoga, Chakras, Restorative and Meditation) and has worked with various studios across NJ and PA. These include: ZenSpace (2017–2019); Hudson Yoga Project (2018-2020); Asana Soul Practice (2018 – 2020); Honor Yoga (2020 – 2021); Dig Yoga (2021 – Current) and Cornerstone Gym (2020 – Current); and continues to train future instructors globally with YogaRenew since January 2021.
In Melissa’s words: “ I want to share my passion for yoga; connecting and inspiring others as I have been inspired over the years. My classes aim to be uplifting, heart opening and finding a deeper connection within, leaving one feeling grounded, renewed and well balanced. I am extremely drawn to the chakras and find them fascinating, This has become my greatest interest!”

Samantha Schmell, MA, RDN, LDN, RYT
Samantha has been teaching yoga for 10 years and focuses her classes on being a dynamic blend of rest and play. Her inspiration for each class is to nourish the body, mind, and spirit through conscious breathing, body awareness, and the power of intention. Samantha continues to deepen her knowledge and experience by regularly attending workshops on asana, pranayama, philosophy, meditation, Ayurveda, and more recently, the science behind rest. When not teaching, Samantha works full-time as a registered dietitian nutritionist and health coach. Samantha enjoys spending time outside on the farm with her chickens and honeybees and riding her mountain bike through the NJ trail systems.

Mora Pochettino
Mora began her yoga practice at age 17 to overcome anxiety that had begun to dominate her life. She earned her RYT-200 in 2020 during the peak of COVID, but learned to adapt through online and private instruction. Currently, Mora teaches a vinyasa flow that is heavily influenced in Iyengar yoga and alignment.
